Jan Kuyl has over 21 years of experience in nightlife and events.

He started his career as a waiter in various clubs across Flanders, witnessing first-hand how the scene gradually evolved from traditional nightclubs towards a broader event-driven culture. This shift also led him to make the move from Noxx to IKON, recognising that the traditional club model was changing.

That was 11 years ago. Today, Jan runs IKON, where he and his team organise more than 200 events each year, ranging from nightlife events to B2B events.
