For about four years, Thibault has been a key figure at Better Together and Pinky Swear. He shares responsibility for programming and advancing events such as the Full Circle Festival and various others. His passion for new talent led to the creation of Circle of Talent, Full Circle’s talent platform. That initiative has since evolved into a comprehensive two-part program offering not only up-and-coming DJs but also writers and producers the space and guidance to grow.
