Gilles is co-founder and CEO of Paradise City Group, a Belgian festival group with five festivals across three countries: Paradise City, Doel Festival, Paradies Garten (Vienna, since 2022), Jazz Middelheim, and Touquet Music Beach Festival. Paradise City Group specializes in organizing and producing intimate festivals in striking locations, with a central focus on sustainability and experience. In addition to providing strategic leadership for the group, he is directly involved in programming and production, and manages relations with public authorities, with a strong focus on safety and emergency crisis management.
