Ineke has held several roles at [PIAS] over the years and currently leads and curates global communications for the [PIAS] Label Group as Head of Brand Communications.

Alongside her day-to-day role, she regularly speaks on panels at national and international music industry conferences, leads mentoring sessions and workshops at industry events and artist camps, and gives lectures and masterclasses on artist development and live strategy. She is also often invited to serve as a member of expert juries. Since 2019, Ineke has been a Board Member of VI.BE, the leading support organization for artists and the music sector in Flanders, Belgium.
