Finn is a passionate volunteer and key figure at Wel Jong vzw, a youth organization dedicated to creating a more equitable society where every individual can be their authentic self. As a leader and coordinator for Min19, Wel Jong’s youth movement for LGBTQ+ teens, Finn helps foster a community where young people can meet, connect, and discover who they are.

Finn’s work with the organization’s board focuses heavily on creating and maintaining safe(r) spaces. Through expert knowledge and training, they actively work to ensure safety and security within the organization and beyond, sharing valuable insights on how to build welcoming and inclusive environments for all. Their dedication to building connection and fostering safety is at the heart of Wel Jong’s mission.
